I need help with my first mountain bike purchase. To be honest I really have no clue where to start. I want a good one that I could race someday. Can I get some help on brands/models ect. Any info will help.

Go talk with Mike at Revolution Cycle, or Mike at fitzharis sports. Either one will give you great advice on a bike and what would be best for you.

Anybody at either shop will help you on your way. Go and let them know where you're at and they'll get you moving in the right direction.
